I received these slippers in April 2024. The slippers have held their shape and the soles have lasted longer than other brands of slippers I have owned before. These are the first slippers I have owned that have a sheepskin lining. I am not sure how long the wool should last. As you can see from the picture I have attached the wool has worn off in the heel and appears that glue is showing on the left slipper. It is also worn in the ball of the foot. It does not show wear to this extent in the right slipper. Is this wear normal?

I love the wool upper more than the suede. Plus all gray everywhere loooks very attractive. There's so much shearling they're extremely warm and you should go up a half a size or even maybe one size bigger because the shearling does take up space inside the footbed. But I absolutely love them! .....................................
I’ve always ordered a size 8, but the pair I received are a little too big and they end up flip flopping when I walk. They make me think of a man’s slipper.
Although in the past, the shoe sizes have been spot on, this time the Hickory although they said size 8, maybe were men’s? But love your product and that could be why I have 20 pairs between your boots and slippers.

well i lost money on a wrong size fit, would be nice if they came in a wide, or 1/2 size. I am a 4 time return buyer. This time they do feel different to wear. I feel like some thing has changed. I have been wearing them now for 20 years plus now

I bought the same model and size as I did a few years back. Size 10. I am disappointed that you’re now making them more narrow. When I compare the soles of these two new pairs to the soles of my last pair, they don’t match…the new slippers are more narrow. I’m hoping these two new pairs will stretch out sufficiently that I can eventually wear them in comfort. I figured they’d be identical to what I had. They’re not.

The shoes you sent were far too small (and I ordered the correct size, I am wearing my old pair the same size). When I contacted customer service, you were out of the next size up—completely out. I came to your website because I had 2 returns to Amazon for the same shoes…one pair was totally the wrong size despite the markings, the other the right shoe was literally 1/2 size smaller than the left). What’s happened to your quality control? Extremely disappointing! I still don’t have a pair of shoes, and you have my money. Doing business with your website has been eye-opening for sure.

uniformity within a give size. I previously had a two year old pair, size 9 and therefore ordered a new pair of the same size. They were extremely tight and I'm not wearing them as a result.
Love the Mocs. High quality and stylish dark black. Love em. The laces are way better than any other Mac I've had. Pardon me for shortening Moccasin or however it is properly spelled. Cheers!
