The slippers had a hole in the seam after two weeks of wear.i messaged customer service with pictures and was extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service. I will no longer purchase from this company and will be sure to let my family and friends know to do the same. Sad to see the quality and service decline so severely.

Bought these for my wife and she absolutely loves them. She said they are extremely comfortable and cozy. Only issue is my dog thinks they are new push toys for him. So my wife has to hide them when she isn't wearing them. Lol!
